We arrived to find this magnificently restored 1800's B&B with a view that could have only been arranged in the stars. The interiors were beautifully done in authentic art deco style. We stayed here for two nights. First, Napier. The town is full of stunning Art Deco buildings and a walking tour is well worth a couple of hours (and an easy walk from the Masters' Lodge). This is one of the best hotels in New Zealand. Situated on Napier hill, looking out towards Cape Kidnappers and the Pacific Ocean. Napier is located on the East Coast of New Zealand's North Island.
