We stopped over on our travels through NZ. We found the B&B to be clean and friendly, with a good breakfast., overlooks the ocean, and easy to find on Napier's Marine Parade and would be happy to return there again.

Cheap and basic
on arrival had the rudest "welcome" in a month of travelling in nz.
there was no mention on website or when booking that the rooms did not have private bathrooms, the room did have a great sea view but as the road is between you and the sea it is incredibly noisey .
