The hostel itself was ok and the owners are extremely friendly. The facilities though are somewhat restrictive but overall it was not a bad place to base your trip from. more

My partner and I stayed at The Mousetrap in January and were very impressed with the hostel. It is owned by a very helpful couple who answered all our questions and helped up book an excursion. We stayed in a double room, which was spotless. The main floor is all doubles and twins with 2 separate kitchens. The bathrooms and showers were also nice and clean. The basement housed the dorms and also had their own kitchen and bathrooms/showers. I would highly recommend this place. more
