The previous reviews have said it all - these are fabulous apartments and beautifully equipped. As they are all individually owned but managed by one company, it's worth checking certain things such as whether there is internet access or SKY (ours had neither but wasn't too huge a problem) They all have balconies, and there is a view, but not... more

Superbly furnished apartment just outside the main Paihia town - copule of minute drive or 15 minute walk. Absolutely spectacular accommodation with fantastic views. Loved it and would definitely return if lucky enough to visit New Zealand again. more

WE found this to be a really classy and peaceful apt. [no passing early hr. revellers!] the pool is full sze ,well heated and equipped.The actual apt was very well equipped, spotlessly clean, loads of top qual. linen.Superb bath/shower rooms and comfortable furniture. more

Bad News: This property is not in Pahia, it is a 25 minute walk to town. It wasn't a problem for us, since we had a car, but if you didn't........ On arrival, our kitchen had dirty countertops and cupboard fronts and the kitchen floor was sticky. The building lobby was littered with dead bugs, apparently their cleaner had quit.... more

My wife and I just spent a couple weeks in NZ including 5 nights in Bridgewater Bay Apartments situated a couple k's from Paihia. The apartments are absolutely fabulous done out with marble, finest appliances and furniture. The views are outstanding and the security is excellent.
