We stayed for five nights leading up to a family wedding. The views are magnificent but the cleanliness of the property is lacking somewhat. There were six adults but the 3 bedrooms really are designed for five adults - this was very substandard for the tariff paid. We have to agree with the previous comments. The views were fantastic, with views from both sides of the property to either Waitangi or toward Opua.
