Mark was a great host, very friendly, left you to it if you wanted or included you in birthday party celebrations etc if you fancied! Lovely location, room very clean and functional. Bed very comfy. only 5 mins walk to town. so quiet and a great suntrap up in the hills! Enjoyed every minute, many thanks! more
I can't find anything wrong with the other reviews, but it is sometimes the smaller details that make a stay in a strange place. Like the door not shutting properly, the smoke alarm not working, the fly screens being broken, the missing curtain/blind that lets in the lamp light all night long, the smell of stale cooking fat. If you're looking for an easy, friendly, value for money spot - walking distance to Paihia town then look no further! We were running the Keri Kari Half Marathon and were surprised and delighted by how comfortable the beds were. Unfortunately no baths to soak weary legs, but a heated pool was a suitable replacement. Sublime Apartments Paihia is an ideal place to spend your holiday. The rooms are well furnished, well appointed and very clean and tidy. They offer a great view and good facilities at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend considering Sublime Apartments Paihia when staying at the Bay of Islands more
A great weekend getaway, the units are clean, spacious and well equipped with fridge and basic stove top and utensils. Eat in or Out! Clean, well appointed apartments...they had everything you would need for either a short stop over or a long term stay. Short walk to the harbour and restaurants/shops... The 35' South restaurant was great!!! Mark (the owner) was very helpful. Would recommend this place if you wanted to stay in the Bay of Islands. more

Well, we sat on the deck, basked in the sunshine, and just listened to the sound of silence. It is soooo quiet, so peaceful. No phones ringing, no traffic noise, no dogs barking. Just a view of native forest, and tranquility. Rooms were nice too! more
