The food was fantastic the rooms great i had trouble understanding the lady on the front desk as her english was not great and the teenage boys had to share a couch bed that fact she was trying to explain to me but was unable to why do they have people who struggle with english in those places

Clean and convenient with helpful staff- one of our party asked for a hot water bottle and it was instantly produced. It was only a short walk to the town. There was a craft market one evening during our stay. The guest laundry was very useful.

We stayed one night in Novotel Rotorua whilst travelling the North Island.
The hotel was very clean, centrally situated and had a good view across the lake. Free Internet access was a bonus as was the gymnasium although the multigym could do with a bit of maintenance as it creaks and squeaks like mad.

We stayed two nights from February 6 2012 in a suite, room 301. The room was nice, clean and everything worked. There is a guest laundry on level 1, $2.00 per load including detergent, the drier was $2.00 also. We had a good view of the lake and there was no outside noise.
