I have stayed at this hotel on both business and holiday trips several times. It is so consistently good that it's always my first choice in Rotorua. The Heritage Rotorua is located out of the town in a quiet area close to the famous Wakarewarewa village which has hot springs, and local stores with arts and crafts made by the local Maori tribes. Stayed here in November 2008. Good hotel. Swam in the otherwise empty pool at 9 pm - beautiful and relaxing. Could have stayed for hours. The restaurant buffet was excellent. more
