Poor furnishings; dodgy electrics; dripping taps; unadjustable shower; a rude and arrogant owner that refused on checkout to honour the Golden Chain 10% discount scheme and they add NZ$5 if you want to pay by Credit Card. There must be better motels in Rotorua. more

Firendly motel, 15 minutes walk from the centre of Rotorua. Excellent facilities - heated outdoor pool and spa baths. Good value for money - clean and comfortable. more
