quiet location, about 10min walk to the Lake front. Had swings/slide, trampoline for young kids to play on which was good. Rooms clean, & tidy. Beds not that comfy however. But ok value for money. Service excellent, staff friendly. more
Stayed for one night, in a two bedroom unit.
Both bedrooms had queen beds, with one functioning as the lounge and kitchen area too with very well equipped facilities. Bathroom was great, with an excellent shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole motel looked like it had been recently redecorated.
Location was fine - it's in a quiet residential area away from traffic noise, about 5 - 10 minutes walk into the centre of Taupo and the lake.
Very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again on future visits to Taupo.
