I would rate Point View lodge six stars if there is that option -Bruce and Tricia are a lovely couple and we had our best time there. Tricia and Bruce run a super professional homestay in Lake Taupo, which is so much nicer than Rotorua, but what makes the difference is their attitude to their guests. This B&B is set back from the lake with a commanding view. The owners are nice , and invite all guestds for a drink and nibbles at 6pm. Really friendly - just like being at home ! more
