“Super”

Most Motels are clean-this was super clean and most of all the Staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Even helped lift our suitcase for us. Also nice point free videos to loan- never had this before. Would highly recommend. I am 74 years and my daughter 50 - thanks Ann and Tracey.

“Clean but basic”

Great position, nice and clean with friendly managers. Our friends thought the list of rules hilarious, VERY BOARDING SCHOOL. "there will be no parties etc. Beds are horrible, as is the trickle they call shower. Otherwise basic, could be made very nice with a little money spent

“Went above and beyond to make our stay in Tauranga an awesome one.”

Run by lovely people, the Motel is very close to town, nice and clean, comfortable, quiet, with everything you need. Also has a bbq which was handy for our group. Would and will recommend to others and we will stay again.

Great motel in a good location. The owners could not have been more helpful or pleasant. The motel is clean and the rooms are lovely. This is without doubt the best motel I have stayed in. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

The Roselands motel was the best value for money we had in New Zealand. “Hidden Gem”

Whilst this motel is situated close to the main road it is very peaceful. The room is fully equipped, comfortable and clean. The shops and restaurants are just a short walk away and Tony was very helpful firstly with his knowledge of the area and secondly assisting us when we had a slight problem trip we had arranged. “Quiet, convenient setting, close to everything!”

“Great value and excellent location”

Very friendly and helpful host. Excellent central location. Very clean and comfortable and interesting modern 70’s style with stainless steel shower base and painted block walls (reminded me of holidays in my childhood). Definitely good value for money and would stay again.

“Great hospitality!”

Spacious rooms and great hospitality! The spa pool is lovely and hot! We stayed here for two nights in June, really enjoyed ourselves! Nice and quiet location and a short walk to town! :)
