What can we say Tony, we could'nt have asked for a better host, a great start to our new life in NZ with great hospitality always going the extra mile with service, advice and friendship. The room was light, airy and serviced daily to the highest standard and only a 2 minute walk into town, yet a quiet location stay. more

As a last minute option with no research done on Tauranga, Roselands was not a bad place to stay for our first night in town. It is about a 5-10 minute walk from local restaurants and cafes, which isn't too bad, and is in a very quiet area. The rooms were neatly presented, clean and roomy. The basic studio suite... more

What can you say, we looked at the photos on the internet and thought it looked nice. How wrong can you be! we walked in and walked out 10 mins later, the rooms are basic and old. The electrics are from the 70's. The only good thing i can say is that when we went to leave the manager was... more
