The staff at this hotel are so friendly and willing to help at anytime. The rooms are fresh and clean, new everything, awesome value. It was a pleasure to stay there. The hotel is central and within walking distance to central Tauranga, which is always a bonus.

A great, clean hotel, with lovely wood paneled decor. There is a restaurant, bar, with a pool table and outdoor pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to town. I always stay here, when traveling to Tauranga.

We spent a night here and were very pleased with the clean and spacious rooms. We loved the décor of wood panneling and timber and leather furniture - so much nicer than plastic. The pool table was appreciated.The buffet breakfast was included in the price and was ample. Location is very convenient. We would recommend this hotel.

Spent a couple of nights here and found the convenient location made for ease of getting to other parts of the city. Decor is dated and somewhat shabby - reminiscent of some old British inns we have stayed in. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and always enjoy the comfort and charm. It hasn't changed much since it was built sohas a character which is missing in some modern hotels. It is very convenient and clean. Neat, large rooms and bathrooms. The staff members are all very helpful and I always feel very at home there.
