Noisy road, noisy neighbours, no smoke alarms.good location but very busy road with police driving 140km past at what seemed like all through the night. Expensive Internet and cars parking very close to your room. The TVs are old and the place needs a bit of a make over to make it up to the standard.

Great motel, manageress lovely went out of their way to help,lovely clean unit great to have a bath and shower for young child, fully recommend it. Would stay there again when we are back in Tauranga. We had a tv in the lounge and in one of the bedrooms great for kids,Had a great stay.

Stayed for one night while holidaying in Tauranga. On the plus side, lovely unit - clean, modern, good facilities. Great TV, lovely bed (quite firm though and mightn't suit everyone's taste), spacious unit, lovely bathroom and nice deep bath. Stayed here while attending the Tonic conference and was blown away. Beautiful unit with everything you need provided...wonderful plunger coffee a bonus :) Bathroom is great..both of us tried the spa bath and loved and the shower is best ive ever had..yum! ..and the towels!! ...whoever does the folding and set up needs a medal..felt totally pampered Furniture and fittings... Not where I usually stay in Tauranga on business as my favourite motel was fully booked. I wouldnt agree with the self rated 4.5 stars, in my opinion more like just scraping through on 4 stars. We booked on Wotif and was upgraded on arrival - lovely surprise. The room was nice and quiet despite being on a major intersection (easy to find). Very comfortable king sized bed, great little kitchenette and good bathroom. The owner was lovely and very welcoming.

We have stayed here several times and had booked at New Year for three days. Unfortunatly my Mother got ill and we had to cancel. They did so at no penalty even though they could have probably sold the room numerous times before we canceled, which is why we will continue to stay there when we go to Tauranga. Great... More

We made a last minute booking so didn't no what to expect but were pleasntly surprised. The place was immaculately clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Plunger coffee and REAL milk (not those silly little punets that hold about 1 teaspoon of milk) and decent sized coffee mugs. The linen on the bed was quality and we slept like babies.... More

Good value for money. Easy to find. Big room. Tea and good coffee. Pleasant staff.
