A great experience from time of reservation to checking out. A great family motel, modern, full free SKY TV, shampoos etc, brillant shower, free WIFI, 15 minutes walk to supermarket, quiet even though on main street, nice swimming pool area AND boxed tissues in every room. More

I have stayed at other hotels in Tauranga and have to say that this is by far the best with excellent hospitality, a really good atmosphere and very clean, well presented and maintained rooms. This was a very comfortable and well-run motel. The cancellation policy is a bit stiff (you have to give 2 weeks' notice for a refund) but otherwise we couldn't fault it. My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at the motel. Our room was very clean, and comfortable. The owner was more than willing to help us with our site seeing plans, and gave us a ton of information on restaurants, shopping and tours available. We would highly recommend this motel. We were warmly greeted and nothing was a problem. The Hosts certainly deliver on friendly customer service. Our room was light and airy with a very comfortable bed and a small kitchenette/bench.
