We were Disappointed with the cleanliness or lack of in our room, spill marks down the front of the fridge, mouldy shower mat, dirty cups, window ledge outside was full of cigarette butts, we were in room 311 at the Mecure the Terrace. Only stayed one night as travelling over to South Island following morning but friendly staff made us feel welcome. “Great view”

Comfortable hotel high on the hill overlooking Wellington. Not very close to footy stadium but a nice walk through town. Entry through car park via lift makes getting to the hotel easy but quite a hill to walk up if lift closed.

Staff were good, stay was OK but some things that created inconvenience e.g. Pool: no towels, phone didn't work (safety!), shower gel dispenser broken Room: shower did work correctly, air conditioning wouldn't cool, not enough towels, milk, tea bags, etc. for 4 people
