Brilliant location and rooms. Easy access to Lambton Quay. Lovely service by staffs at frontdesk. Very welcoming and helpful, as if nothing was too much trouble. Basic hotel amenities including wifi. Free computer with internet for use in lobby. Breakfast has plenty of variety. Carparking for a fee, but free offstreet parking from 6pm to 8am.

The Novotel is located on the Terrace in Auckland with direct elevator access to Lampton Quay which is great. The same elevator goes to the car park.
