We stayed here while my father was in Wellington Hospital. Location was perfect, within walking distance, but that was the only good thing really. This place is very outdated and in serious need of a makeover. The studio rooms are very small, with the double bed (too small, and too soft) being only one metre from a noisy fridge. The... More

This place was the worst motel I have stayed in. The beds were so uncomfortable my partner and I couldnt sleep and had back aches in the morning! Most beds we are fine with - our own isnt great at all but that bed was very solid and uncomfortable. The receptionist could learn a few manners aswell - i dont... More

This was the worst motel we stayed in in New Zealand. Parking was very difficult. we were in a ground floor unit and walls and ceiling seemed paper thin so there was a lot of noise from other guests. Room was clean but the smell of spicy cooking was all around. My tablet would not connect to the internet and... More

We stayed at this motel for only one night on 14 March 2013 and how thankful we are that it was only for one night. The motel is in serious need of a make over. The room was matchbox size with two beds in the lounge and a double bed in the bedroom. The bathroom was also very tiny. We... More

Stayed for five nights while our daughter was in hospital. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. Roll together in the double bed. Roll off the edge in the single beds!!! Shower tired and very low pressure. Toilet/bathroom very dirty. I won't go on about that! Electrical equipment e.g. toaster, jug, tired, worn out and grubby. Whipped our towels away... More

This place was exactly average. Mediocre. BUT the outstanding thing about the place, I found the owners to be very accommodating. Called cabs for us everywhere, and allowed us to use the laundry late at night. The beds were soft (I prefer harder beds, better for the back), and the rooms are not exceptionally new or well decorated, but just... More

I stayed here while my husband was in Wellington Hospital travelled from Palmerston North North, but unable to self drive. This was convenient walking distance to hospital. The unit was clean and tidy and the owners friendly. Was just what I needed to be close to the hospital. Enjoyed the plunger complimentary coffee. Less noise on the side street and... More
