Its advertising is very misleading. Staff not very skilled, most questions remained unanswered but staff managed to make clear that they are annoyed and not so keen to assist you. Last minute booking on Ratestogo. Got the 3 bed penthouse with a glimse of the harbour. Well furnished but rather drab decor. Good kitchen facilities but only 4 dining chairs when the apartment sleeps 5 people. Beds very bouncy so the 3 of us spread out for the night. This is a great place to stay. Very close to the cable car, which I caught in the early am to watch the sun come up. Close to good shopping, cafes, harbour. The room was a good size, balcony. The gym was great with a lovely pool. Ample parking for a car underneath the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful.... more
