This is the second time my husband and I have been fortunate enough to stay at Argrove Lodge. We love this home stay; the rooms are clean and crisp with great sized bathrooms. We feel very welcomed by the owners who provided a delightful breakfast to help start our day touring the vineyards. more

Rooms are comfortable but tea and coffeee only available in guest lounge which discourages to have in your room Breakfast although continental as described in Web write up as plentifull and hyped up by Helen every morning,is rather mean in volume on what is on offer ,you will be rather dissaponted if you do not like croissants as nothing else... more

First of all I would like to express our most sincere apologies, if we did not, somehow meet your expectations. Tea and coffee is always available in the lounge and in our experience the large majority of our guests have been quite happy to take it back to their rooms, there being no discouragement from us. Concerning our Breakfast, if...

We stayed in Blenheim for a couple of nights of our honeymoon during the start of their new summer season. Nigel and Helen were our excellent and very friendly hosts. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into setting up and running this B and B, with so much attention to detail. Breakfast with a difference, not... more

I couldn't think of a more perfect title for this review than the old Dean Martin song: "Kick off your shoes, sit back, relaxez vous" And that is exactly what you will want to do here amongst some very pretty scenery, while sipping a glass of the local wine. Argrove Lodge is well situated adjacent to the Marlborough Vineyards. Hosts... more

Nigel and Helen have a friendly, comfortable, quality homestay in the centre of the vineyards with large comfortable rooms and beautiful gardens. Their knowledge of the area is extensive ranging from the best places to eat to which wineries to visit. A visit to this area and Nigel and Helen's homestay is highly recommended. more

Helen and Nigel have a beautiful secluded home in the centre of the wine district. The room was comfortable with its own door to the patio. Nigel also operates a bike hire business for those who wish to cycle leisurely round the vineyards within a few miles radius. more
