Having stayed at many higher-end NZ resorts I can readily comment on my stay at BEC. Though the BEC Spa Resort is a nice place it truely lacks privacy for it's guests. BecSpa is truly a beautiful place to stay, but is more than a hotel/spa. It is an experience from start to finish. We were in the area to visit friends and see the sights but staying here made our time more relaxing and enjoyable. Could not have had friendlier hosts. Very clean and plush rooms. Fabulous!
