I stayed at Thomas' for one night, in the backpackers section. The dormitory I was in was rather small, and the beds weren't the most comfortable, even for hostel standard. I have stayed here recently on my way to Mt Hutt. This place is great, quite big yet personal. Staff was very nice and helpfull with booking shuttles etc. They have a pool table which I liked, great selection of books to swap, huge kitchen and lounge area etc. Everything was very clean and nicely maintained.
