I took my elderly parents to Christchurch for a holiday and decided to book here after seeing the advertisement on the net. The owners were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. We were made so welcome. We had booked for 10 days and did not want to leave! The motel was situated on the Papanui Road,( a main road) but the motel was quiet. There was outdoor seating, a pool, and a spa pool. Beds and seating were comfortable and there was good heating in the motel. Buses left from outside the motel. We were handy to the Merivale Mall and Restaurants. Our visit was so enjoyable - we will be returning and intend to book into this motel again. It is by far the nicest motel we have stayed in at Christchurch and would not consider staying anywhere else! more
