We didin't stay at The George but another Chef recommended the resturant, and we were not disappointed, we chose the resturant downstairs, and had 4 courses, they were fantastic, the best meal in Christchurch. I would recommend the wild hare, and groper, delish! Also the conceirge were the most helpful gentlemen. more
