Sadly we only had the one night at Akaroa but our stay at this motel made our visit to this area just that much more enjoyable and memorable, from the very warm greeting upon arrival to the under-cover parking. Room: Stayed for one night. We were very impressed with the views from our room out across the harbor. The room itself was huge with a nice balcony. This 3 floor motel, which is rated 4+ star, and has big rooms and good , comfortable furniture, is across from the wonderful harbor, but there is a road and a few low buildings in the way, so harbor view is not guaranteed.
