Eliza's is the most fantastic place to stay! We had our wedding on the magnificent staircase and enjoyed a delicious meal with family and friends in the gorgeous banquet hall. Beautiful historic house, well-maintained by gracious hostess Ann. Spacious, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts, convenient location. Alas, they were severely damaged by the Feb 2011 earthquake, and may not reopen until April. Check their website. More

Eliza's manor is conveniently located for the centre of Christchurch without being right in the hub-bub. The house is beautiful, comfortable (fantastic showers!) and Ann's hospitality is peerless.
