The motel is convenientely located on Riccarton Road which streches directey to downtown in an easy 5 mn drive. But it's a very busy road and could be annoying especially at night. We stayed at the Clyde on Riccarton in Christchurch for 1 night on 3 December 2007. To get there get a number 3, 21, 82, 83 or 84 bus from the Christchurch bus exchange. Buses run up and down Riccarton Rd to the mall, city, Mona Vale. You can get a bus into the city and then to the airport... more
