Have just spent 3 nights at Grants Farm and wish it could have been longer. Very peaceful with everything you could possibly want. Fantastic log burner which was lit every night for us and muffins made each morning - yum! Tom, Jeanette and Boots the resident cat made us feel very welcome.

Grant's Farm was lovely. The accommodation was large and clean and you feel very much at home. Towels and other helpful things aren't under lock and key so whilst we didn't need to use extra, it was good to know they trust you to do so if you need to. The location makes this a great getaway retreat. Quiet, rural but close to Dunedin. Tom and Jeanette could not have been more attentive, kinder or gracious. They are the ideal hosts. Highly recommended. The bird watching is an added bonus.

Grants farm is just a great place to stay. Firstly there is a beautiful view from your own self contained accomodation, with a big verandah to sit and enjoy it.
