Dianne and Steven are really neat people. Their motel is a comfortable and very affordable place to stay. It has heaps of off street parking and walking distance from the shops. I highly recommend this motel for anyone travelling in a group or on a budget.

Located on the outskirts of the city in South Dunedin. Approx. 40min walk into City Centre. Bus Service a short distance from the Motel, good service Monday to Friday but very limited on Saturday and Sunday. Shops, restaurants and large supermarket nearby. My partner and i stayed at Steve and Diannes motel for two nights,i only wish we had more time to stay longer. The rooms are very well layed out and the service is faultless.The location is very handy to shops,restaurants and supermarkets. An overall very enjoyable experiance. Would recommend to anyone.

We found the hotel accidently, and felt very lucky for it. The room was very large and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And the price was surprisingly low, even lower than a hostel! 5 minutes drive from the center of town and right on the border of the otago peninsula. Highly recommended!

Very close to shops, great hotels with great meals and great service in the Motel. Rooms were very spacious, clean and neat. I had a room with the rose garden outlook which was beautiful. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Steve and Dianne were wonderful. In arranging the 2 day meeting for our National Network, they could not have been more helpful. Rooms and communal areas were very comfortable and very very clean. We stayed here with a Girls Netball team and it was perfect. The kitchen was great and the rooms were suitable for the girls. The owners are just lovely and so accommodating. This place is worth a stay whether you are single, a couple, or a group.
