It's cheap and it's central to the Octagon which makes it a great place to stay, particularly if you are stopping a night or two. The rooms are clean, warm and the staff hospitable. The buffet breakfast is basic. Will stay here again.

While this is an older complex it was comfortable & clean & being near the Octagon was close to main shopping area, restaurants, cafes & the Railway station.Free off street parking was an added bonus. Hosts were extremely friendly & helpful.Would definitely stay here again

Good size rooms, handy location to everything. Also they had a continental breakfast room available for $5.50 a head which we did not use, but handy for those who wish to avail themselves of this. We had a toaster and microwave, tea coffee making facilities. All we needed.

A clean hotel with amazing comfortable bed and very convenient to the town centre. We stayed in a suite which had a basic kitchen with microwave , fridge etc. The hotel also has free car parking. I would use this hotel again.

Wonderful stay in a very modern part of the Motel. Very elegant and lovely stay with huge rooms and modern bathroom. Would stay again if got a modern room again! This was not in March 2012 but in November 2011. Very very handy to shops on the main drag and easy to get to everything
