This motel was truly a great place to stay. The location is excellent, very close to many cheap, good restaurants. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was a fantastic price too (I think NZ$115). There was also onsite free parking. A fabulous motel which I would certainly recommend highly to others.

Decor is dated, but the room was clean and the hosts very friendly. One of the better places I have stayed in Dunedin. Location is within walking distance to CBD, and restaurants. Spa bath took ages to fill, but was worth waiting for.
