My husband, child and I stayed for a night at the Mandeno House at Dunedin from 10-11 Dec 07, and we were absolutely impressed. It is a lovely lovely place. The furnishings are excellent, the adjoining lounge is well stocked, the service is impeccable and everything around the house is simply beautiful. And the place is filled with the loveliest white roses I've ever seen. One night is indeed too short.
Marion is a wonderful hostess, with a keen eye on detail and she goes to great lengths to ensure that we have a comfortable stay. We will definitely recommend the place to anyone. It is indeed a breath-taking place.
