315 Euro is right on George Street in the middle of Dunedin's city centre. We had a one bedroom apartment which was roomy and well equipped. It's close to the University of Otago, shopping and restaurants, and all the historical sites. We were able to walk everywhere. Great place to stay in Dunedin! more

We were directed to the 315 by the management of another motel that was full (they own both). We felt we got the better deal. The 315Euro (and that's not it's price !) is only five minutes walk from the Octagon, very close to a range of restaurants and pubs, and offered us great accommodaion at a very reasonable price.... more

This Motel is located in the heart of the city yet is very private and quite.Our room was amazing with luxurious toches everywhere.The bed was extremely comfortable.The room was very clean.We loved the fact you could walk out the door and in a few steps be in the heart of Dunedins cafe scene and retail shopping area. We were pointed towards this rather hidden motel / serviced apartments by their sister motel, 755 Regal Court Motel, because they were full. We were very pleased with the location which was near the city centre and the accommodation was spotless and newly opened. We stayed at the new 315 Euro just before Christmas and we weren't disapointed. Offering Excellent value for money it is central on George street within walking distance of major attractions.
