Stayed for 1 night in early April, 2013. Lucky enough to get the last room on a rainy Monday night. Beautiful, spacioius room - very comfortable, with everything I needed. The owners were very nice, helpful and hospitable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

We got here in a hurry at night without reservation.The hostess is very helpful.Big room, good utensil, comfortable bed,convenient location.Free WIFI.Big supermarket is just across the road.If you get up early,go to the Invercargill Garden.It's very good for morning exercise. Happy to recommend.

Stayed here for two nights January 2013. Hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The good sized room/appartment was very clean, comfortable well appointed with suitable cooking/eating utensiles. Car parking is fine and it's close enough to walk to see, "Henry" and his freinds.

The owners are very helpful and pleasant people who are very happy to please. They helped with food, directions a d even my laundry. As I said, when I return to Invercargill, I'll be happy to stay here!

In Invercargill, we enjoyed our stay at the Birchwood Manor Hotel. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, the room was large, well-furnished, and comfortable. There is only a shower, but we quickly became comfortable with that. We went to Invercargill unexpectedly and so without booking - found Birchwood Manor clean, comfortable, conveniently located and generally lovely - and thanks for the dinner recommendation at Kelvin Hotel - it was excellent too!

The one bedroom unit we had was a very good size and had a well equipped kitchennette. The bed was exceptionally comfy nad I probably had teh best night's sleep of the entire holiday here. The TV was good (including Sky), and we found that the price we paid was very good value for our one night here.

Our family had stayed on a previous occasion and enjoyed our time there and so when I needed somewhere to stay with my son, after an operation, this was the obvious choice.
