This holiday park is a bit of a drive out of Invercargill, but the Unit we stayed in was very Modern (it looked and felt brand new) with a Queen bed and bunk beds, a nice little patio and use of BBQ. The staff and service was great. This was the cleanest and best maintained Top 10 Park that we came accross in all of NZ. If you haven't considered a Holiday Park as a hotel alternative, do. They're great value for dollar.
