We stayed 2 nights here, to enjoy queenstown, hang-gliding and abit of shopping coming from the more remote parts of the West coast. Great view of the lake from the bedroom and the living room, nice outdoor deck, good breakfast. the dogs are a little yelpy but alright otherwise.

Great views, great hosts, tasty breakfast and very modern well presented accommodation. Good level of attention to detail, 2 very friendly dogs, flexible arrival and departure times, wifi access and very cosy well presented rooms. Suggest you get a taxi in to town rather than walk. Steep road down to limited parking so be careful.

the location is perfect, the house is perfect, the view is perfect, and Rose( the host) is perfect~~All we have seen and felt during the 2 nights in Amour are PERFECT!!!~well...since I can't submit until I write down at least 200 characters, I have to think some other words besides "perfect" to describe Amour, cozy,warm,comfortble,nice,clean,the breathtaking view,..that's perfect!

The hotel was amazing. Views were spectacular and breakfast was always a delight. Great hospitality from Rose and her lovely dogs Lucy and Austin. Will definitely come back when traveling to New Zealand.
