We were three girls who wanted to live close to the center of Queenstown to be able to walk back and forth, which was easy here. It took 10 minutes, although the way back included a steep hill. The room was really nice and clean, and had everything you needed. Even a kitchen if you would want to cook. The... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved the place. The facilities were great, the laundry facilities were good and the carparking was ample. Only one negative, the spa was cold! Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again especially for the view. Each room had a balcony overlooking Lake Wakatipu and the scenery was really lovely. More

Booked online via expedia. Everything as expected. Beautiful views from the balcony. Clean and tidy room. Comfortable beds, though the choice of channels on the TV is limited (but it's Queenstown so not enough hours in the day to watch TV for long!) Hotel generally very quiet and good nights sleep had by all. The staff were very polite and... More

Excellent accommodation. Clean, tidy and very comfortable. Two storey apartment with bedrooms upstairs. Not so good for my elderly parents struggling to get up the stairs after a busy day. Views from the balconies makes up for any small issues. Very convenient to the centre of Queenstown and all activities More

Stayed 2 nights with family. A comfortable classy haven to come home to during a busy sightseeing trip. Spa was great, bookings only but make sure you do. Gym was great with tv and private. The view we got from 4thfloor fantastic so no feeling of being closed in. It was perfect. Staff helpful and very friendly. We had a... More

Booked online using Entertainment Book. We got a superior room normally $350 a night for $121 which was a good price. On arriving at the hotel was disappointed with room for the normal price, if I had of paid $350 a night I would have been extremely disappointed. The room was clean and tidy and well presented, but would not... More

We booked one of the two bedroom apartments for a family of four. It was adequate and quite comfortable but we felt a bit dated and overpriced. Definitely not horrible but not somewhere we would rush to stay again. More

We were offered special rates as Cantabrians seeking relief from earthquakes. The gesture was very much appreciated and we will certainly return to this Copthorne hotel. More

Arrived early, but was made to wait for our room. The duty manager (asian man), gave us some lame excuse, that houskeeping was springcleaning the room, and he conveniently forgot about us. I then asked the receptionist and she gave us a different room straight away. On our first night I found fleas in the old wool blankets, which need... More

We stayed there for three nights and liked it. Ten minutes walk to the downtown, ten minutes bus ride to the airport. Very convenient. The rooms have a great view of the Lake Wakatipu. The only problem is that the concierge and front desk services are given by the same staff which slows down the check-in/out, we thought. More
