Stayed at the Mecure Resort in Queenstown for 5 nights during February 06. Staff were very helpful. Allthough our room looked dated, it was a decent size, plenty of room with a decent bathroom. We stayed in a lakeview room and the view was FANTASTIC!!! We tried to have dinner in one of the restaurants, but it was booked out.... more

Arriving on christmas day we were a bit unsure what to expect. On arrival the check in was very quick and we were pleased to see that the resort seemed very clean and spacious. We had booked a pool view room as we were on a budget for a long trip. When we got to our room we were pleased... more

not a v. pleasant stay, 1/ when checking-in, the staff claimed our bkg reference number is not in correct format (which can't be!!).
