When we arrived at Punatapu, we were blown away by the surroundings. The accomodations were so fabulous - we were greeted by name and given a tour of the grounds. I can't put into words how badly my wife, friends and I were treated by the owners of this "exclusive" lodge. Despite booking out the entire place for thousands of dollars we were treated like unwanted houseguests from the beginning.
