I didn't think it was possible to deliver this level of service. We felt almost guilty experiencing it :). Bill and Kari are lovely and amazing people. A stay we'll never forget. More

My husband and I spent 4 days of our honeymoon at Pencarrow and it was the highlight of our trip. Forget what you think you know about B&Bs, Pencarrow is in a class all its own. Bill and Kari are the nicest, most hospitable people I've ever met. They instantly make their home, your home. Kari's 4 course breakfasts are... More

We spent 3 nights at Pencarrow and could have spent 3 more. The bedrooms are beautiful, each one a multi-room suite with unique decor. Our bathroom was exceptional, with a jacuzzi tub, double sinks, shower, and best of all, a beautiful view of the gardens and upper lawn area. The sitting room in our suite had an amazing view of... This is the best of the best B&B's in the world! Breaksfast was fresh and plentiful, wholesome or gourmet, whatever your preference. The views of The Remarkables and lake from the dining area and gathering room fabulous. Accomodations were 5* with fine linens and very comfortable beds. Cleanliness was outstanding. The owners available to offer tips and guidance to local... More

Imagine my surprise when I called Pencarrow to inquire, I heard a Texas voice on the phone (we're from Texas living in Australia)...I liked the idea of seeing someone from 'home' so far away. We made our reservation and I kept looking at Google maps to see if the views could possibly be as beautiful as they looked in the... More

This is a place not to miss. Kari and Bill welcome you to their home which then becomes your home. They are hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable and provide an amazing experience. They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. With Kari's breakfast it is the ONLY meal of the day. 5 sumptious courses and a takeaway service... More

We were only at Pencarrow for two nights but we never wanted to leave. The views were incredible, the rooms were elegant and luxurious, and the service was beyond excellent. Counting down the days until we can go back. More

Our third glorious visit to this palace catered to our every whim. The hospitality was second to none and the help and local info priceless. We always enjoyed tours and places to visit on their recommendations. Cannot emphasise more on the friendliness, comfort and cleanliness. There were even gatherings of guests at the bar to take up slack time. We... More

Nothing was overlooked at Pencarrow to make our stay absolute perfection. Bill and Kari are warm and gracious hosts who made it difficult to say goodby to Queensland and continue our travels through New Zealand. Be prepared to have the best breakfast you've ever been served!!! More
