The warmth of a B & B with the intimacy and special touches of a boutique hotel. Very reasonably priced. Perfect location. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We especially looked forward to the communal breakfasts in the morning when we could exchange our sightseeing tips and plans for the day over delicious breakfasts. Every place has good and bad points, this was no exception. However, for me, the bathroom layout drove and the so-called internet access drove me so nuts that I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it. This is the only accomodation in New Zealand we stayed at that I wouldn't recommend. If found the bedroom large, the bed comfy etc.... more
