Sherwood is a big complex with many rooms. We were lucky enough to have room 105 which had uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu. Excellent apartment type hotel. Good food, laundry facilities. Rooms clean and with a magnificent view of the mountains. We were able to park the car right outside the apartment door so unloading was easy. more

The photographs on the internet are deceiving as it is not located on the lakefront and the lake is not accessible across the highway from the hotel.
