Very very bad room service, they don't care at all for the customers. for each and every requirement, i had to go to the reception. they don't have even porters or anybody else. This was a great apartment set right on the side of the lake. It was well equipped with everything you could need and was very comfortable acccommodation. It is a combined facility with apartments and a hotel part as well. No pool which was a bit of a disappointment for the children and there is not guaranteed parking for everyone... more

Great views over the lake. The other positives are......none really. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was not serviced once. I complained about this, and a couple of other issues to the front desk and the guy could not have been ruder. Queenstown is a great place I highly recommend. The Oaks is by far nestled in a prime location.. except for the 20-30ish minute walk into town (not advisable after a night out).
