We stayed there a few days ago. Beautiful location and gardens, cottages are great with plenty of space and a kitchen. As a result u are on your own for breakfast (need to consider that in the price). Hosts were great and the details in the room were taken care of.

Very nice property, great owners. Just outside of Te Anau on your way to the Milford Sound. Fully self contained. The owners are very helpful. Clean, everything you need. Surrounded by paddocks with friendly animals on a hill with great views.

Stayed for three nights and loved every minute. Annette and Paris gave a lovely welcome and made us feel wanted. Complimentary chocolates were a nice surprise. Blue Thistle cottages was a fantastic place to stay in Te Anau, and the perfect base for exploring Milford Sound. Peter and Annette are lovely hosts, and a lot of fun. The cottages are like new, cozy, well appointed, and have amazing views of the area. I would go back any chance I had.
