Te Anau Lodge was a real surprise find for us. We hadn't booked accommodation in Te Anau and found the Lodge in a guidebook and turned up quite late in the evening unannounced. There is very little one can say about Te Anau Lodge that hasn't been said before. We were in New Zealand for a month and it was definitely our best B & B. This is a really neat place to stay. Te Anau doesn't have many "nice" lodging options so we found Te Anau Lodge to be a great find.
