Booked this motel through the Tourist Office in the Octagon in Dunedin, as well as the boat tour to Doubtful Sound. Very nice motel - I was a bit apprehensive at first because we had a room right on the main street across from the lake, but it was very quiet. Very clean rooms. Great location, just mins walk to lake and town. Great hosts! Rooms had nice decor and amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone. more

The place is conveniently located and was the only accomodation available durring the peak season in Feb. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was very very small but clean and well maintained. We paid 160/ night. more
