Excellent location in Moama with Echuca a short walk away. Had everything we needed for a quick and easy breakfast and the mini fridge was great. A clean and well maintained room, would happily stay there again.

Yes clean; yes comfortable; yes very convenient and, yes, very good value for money. Sorry, lousy noise insulation if it's a Friday, Saturday or public holiday night. I have stayed here on and off for the last 8 years. I stayed in March after not having been for a while and was again amazed. Quality accomm, great value for money, close to the Moama Bowling Club and not far from the Golf Club!
