A good quality hotel for business, all the facilities, close to train station and excellent bars and restaurants. Apartments are a little bland and don't have WIFI but otherwise a acceptable standard. Always come here when staying in Newcastle overnight, easy to book on line and a central location.

Pros: Location Plenty of space Cons: Everything costs extra: wifi, parking you name it, add extra. Parking was a pain because the room keys didn't open the garage door like they were supposed to. For the price I expected a bit more high end finishing.

Stayed one night for a conference meeting hosted by the hotel. Service was friendly. Had a 1 bedroom apartment with some view of the surrounding area including the city. It was very close to the train station, which was very convenient for me. Breakfast was basic, but not bad.
