Dear visiter, You have to check for any gum on the floor, and enough if the room looks clean you to check under beds and tables, sofa and fridge if not clean otherwise they charge your credit card what ever the manager like for check out cleaning, first time you hear about that, no it's normal in motels like that.

Stayed here for 4 nights over Xmas 2012. Room very clean and comfortable and recently renovated. Bed was very comfortable, staff friendly. My only criticism was that no brekky available Xmas and Boxing Day. Just a continental pack would have been fine.
