We stayed in a heritage room for 3 nights, and the things that stood out were: - The room was decent for the price we paid - but the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was clean, but there were marks on the bathtub, although its understandable given wear and tear. - The only gripe i would have would be... more

We stayed just one Saturday night at the Sebel Kirkton for a short break. We booked the B&B and Dinner package on their website for a Deluxe room for 375 AUD Quite a couple of years ago we had stayed there before and it is still a very charming lovely hotel with a great swimming pool and lovely gardens. The... more

We stayed here for the weekend. The rooms were on the smaller side. The wodden floor boards and paper thin walls meant we didnt get a very good nights sleep. You can hear people walking around next door, or on the shared balcony. You can also hear Tvs. from the adjacent rooms. The icing on the cake was when we ordered... more

Situated in its own grounds, with beautiful views of vneyards and countryside. Well spread-out, gives feel of privacy. Most rooms have their own private mini-balcony, with under-cover access from the public areas. Convenient car parking. Restaurant ('Infuzion' - separately listed). Bar and free pool table. Pleasant lounge with fireplace, swimming pool, tennis court and gym. Wifi liable to malfunction. Special... more

We've stayed in Sebel Hotel for the Easter Weekend. I should've read some of the reviews earlier. I've stayed in many 4 1/2 star hotels before, this one doesn't come close to it. They had a problem with a heating system at the swimming pool, it didn't work. The most disappointing was the cleanliness of the room, carpet was dirty... more

Stayed on at the Sebel for 2 nights with our company (who often book the hotel for business conferences and training) and was blown away by the high standard of hospitality. The staff were friendly, obliging & attentive without being intrusive. My colleagues and I found the cleanliness to be without fault. The food options at meal times were fantastic... more

Went here for a 3 day business conference. Where does one start! This is rated as a 4 1/2 star property..... far from it. It is more like a 2 1/2 star ! Don't get me wrong the location and the layout is fantastic. A nice and charming setting... but that is where is stops. There was a layer of... more

We got a deal at the Sebel as a last minute thing for a friends wedding. The hotel is centrally located amongst the vineyards. The rooms have magnificent views over the valley. Although the balcony extends across each room meaning that anyone could walk past your room at anytime. The front desk staff are very quick and efficient. They provided... more

I stayed at the Sebel Kirkton Park recently while attending a conference at this hotel. This hotel is in a beautiful rural setting and is an older style building which has been tastefully renovated. Outdoor car parking is provided free of charge at this hotel. Room - comfortable, spacious and equipped with a large bathroom, CRT television and mini bar.... more

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Not only was it beautiful but the customer service was first class. We received an incredibly friendly and informative welcome. The facilities were explained to us and we were given some great advice about the local area. In the restaurant they bent over backwards to ensure we enjoyed our meals.... more
